Established in 1981, Fatehpuria Transformers and Switchgears (Pvt.) Ltd. was founded with the vision of manufacturing the highest quality electrical transformers. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility spans 45,000 sq. ft. of covered area on an expansive 120,000 sq. ft. plot of land. The facility is equipped with advanced design and testing laboratories, utilizing the latest instruments and technology to ensure precision and reliability in every product we deliver.
We take pride in our in-house capabilities, including the fabrication of transformer tanks and the processing of laminations, which are directly imported. This allows us to maintain stringent quality control and provide superior materials, ensuring the durability and performance of our products. Our cutting-edge design and manufacturing processes incorporate the latest advancements in transformer technology.

OUR MILESTONES
The company entered a new era in enhancing the manufacturing capacity of transformers from 500 KVA to 1000 KVA capacity in 11 KV Class
Undertook manufacturing of 3.15 MVA, 33/11 KV Class Transformers; it was successfully tested for short circuit and impulse withstand at CPRI, Bhopal
The company started manufacturing Dry Type Transformers and started with the export division.
Introduced automatic overload protection system (AOPS) for distribution transformer to safeguard transformers from failure and also berried theft/overloading.
Fatehpuria Transformers & Switchgears Pvt. Ltd. was started in Jaipur, India
Became the approved vendor of Power Grid Corporation of India for 33KV power Transformers.
Successfully Invented and developed online single phase load controller for Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd.
Successfully Invented and developed online load controller for single phase and three phase distribution dry type transformers.

ACHIVEMENTS
- Supplied 630 no. of distribution transformers of various ratings to the Nepal Electricity Authority under an Asian Development Bank tender.
- Secured an export contract with PEC, Aden in Yemen, providing 123 no. of distribution transformers to meet their specific requirements.
- Supplied transformers to Nepal under the Japanese Government's aid fund, in collaboration with Japanese buyers. This further strengthened our position in international markets.
- Expanding our presence in Africa, we successfully supplied a special range of transformers, including earthing transformers and hermetically sealed corrugated type transformers.
- Domestically, we marked a major achievement in 2012-13 by fulfilling an order of 649 no. of transformers with a rating of 3.15 MVA for Rajasthan Discoms, reinforcing our leadership in the Indian market.
FUTURE PLANS
Our company is focusing on expanding its capacity and capabilities to manufacture and repair 220 KV Class Transformers, with capacities up to 50,000 KVA. To support this strategic initiative, we are planning to establish a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, equipped with cutting-edge technology to ensure the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
