Four decades of transformer manufacturing under one roof in Jaipur — from electromagnetic design to the final routine test, the fundamentals are not outsourced and the specifications are not compromised.
In-house design office: electromagnetic and thermal design, short-circuit force calculation and tank modelling — settled before a single lamination is cut.
Imported CRGO silicon steel, slit and step-lap mitred in-house for low no-load loss, low magnetising current and quiet operation.
Electrolytic-grade copper wound as layer and disc coils on precision formers, with controlled tension and inter-layer insulation for mechanical strength.
Tanks, radiators and conservators fabricated and leak-tested on site — full control over dimensional accuracy, sealing integrity and finish.
Core–coil assembly, hot-air / vacuum drying and filtered oil filling under controlled conditions to drive out moisture before the unit is sealed.
Routine, type and special tests to IS 2026 and IEC 60076 in our own laboratory, with type-test evidence established at CPRI and ERDA.
A transformer is only as good as the works it is built in. We keep design, winding, tank fabrication and testing in-house — so quality is controlled at every step, not inspected at the end. — Fatehpuria Engineering Team
Every transformer is built to IS 2026 and IEC 60076 and tested in our own laboratory — routine tests on each unit, with type and special tests as the order demands.
Our designs carry type-test evidence from CPRI and ERDA, and the works operates under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
We welcome client and third-party inspection (TPI) visits at every stage — raw-material checks, core assembly, winding, and witnessed final testing.
We welcome client and inspection visits to our Jaipur facility. Tell us your requirement and our engineering team will arrange it.
